Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Package Securely
Ensure the perfume bottle is securely tucked into its original box to prevent breakage during transit, as items must be received in good condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our laboratory inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
